Quest Training Sessions

We offer a range of training courses from half-day workshops for leisure professionals with no prior knowledge of Quest, to two-day workshops for senior leisure professionals who want to become Quest Internal Assessors.

We also offer bespoke in-house training and support services that can be tailored to meet your organisation's specific needs.

Internal Quest Assessors Course 

These courses can be open to everyone or can be booked independently for your organisation.  The cost is £250 + vat per delegate.

An introduction to Quest

This one day session for up to 20 of your team cover the following:

• What is Quest 2014
• How can it assist organisations
• What are the steps required to take full benefit from the Quest process

£1600 per day, plus trainer's expenses to a max of £100, plus VAT

Benchmarking Seminars

Our famous benchmarking seminars are a great way to meet peers in the sector and share good practice. These sessions are structured by identifying modules that organisations require further assistance on.

The day includes presentations by teams that are excelling in certian modules and round table discussions lead by assessors and/or our Quest Excellent Ambassadors. You will be encouraged to use the network created to continue your continuous improvement journey.

These sessions are held at various locations across the country throughout the year

Module Training

These half day sessions, delivered by specialists in each field and senior assessors, will give a manager greater insight into how they can improve their approach to specific modules and areas of business need. The planned outcomes include:

• Improve the delivery on your site
• Greater understanding of Quest modules
• Enhance your activity programme
• Generate new ideas for your centre
• Share best practice with others

Each team member will receive 25 IMSPA CPD points

The cost is only £25 plus VAT for a half day session and £40 plus VAT for a full day (2 sessions)
