The best piece of advice I can give is to use the preparation sheets, they are a fantastic tool to help you show exactly what your centre does and how you do it.

We prepare folders for each area so when the assessor is with you it is easy to go through. 

Quest makes you realise why you do what you do and what we are all here for.

It outlines the business needs and ensures that you are doing a good job.

If you are lacking in certain areas then this is a great tool to help with striving to do better.

It is not there to catch you out, it focuses on the positives and areas for improvement.
