I have been a Quest Ambassador since around November 2015, however I have been involved in Quest for a number of years through my work within Places for People Leisure.
This has involved going through assessments to gain both Quest Excellent and Quest Stretch Outstanding.

Advice for New Centres
Make full use of the guidance notes on the Quest website, to see how you stack up against the criteria in each module.
Also, ensure that all the feedback you get influences your SIP, as Quest is all about continual improvement.
Value of Quest
I think Quest is a fantastic benchmarking tool to see how your centre is doing and how you can drive your service forwards.
Continual improvement is something that you should always be striving to achieve and Quest has a massive part to play in this process.
