My first assessment as a GM was in 2001 at Sunbury Leisure Centre. In all, I have undergone 8 assessments over the years.

Advice for New Centres

Prepare your teams early for the assessment, ensure that each member of the team is aware of the criteria by using the guidance and modules tab on the Quest website and that they are recording all evidence of good practice. 


Value of Quest

Quest is a great way of understanding the improvements we are making as a team. It is also a great opportunity for colleagues to present and impart their knowledge of good practice and  in turn get great advice from assessors over the 2 day assessment period.
