The Quest NBS and CIMSPA Conference is back for 2018! The conference is being held at Chesford Grange, Warwick on 20 & 21 February 2018 with an evening networking event bridging the two days.
20 February 2018 - Quest NBS Conference
Day 1 of the Conference is hosted by Quest NBS Conference will see Quest for Facilities and Quest Active Communities host their first joint conference with a programme designed to appeal to those currently in Quest, those looking at Quest in the future and also Operators who do not currently use Quest but have a focus on best practice.
The Conference programme will look in details at aspects of operational challenges across the industry linking to the CIMSPA Day 2 content, with a focus on lessons learnt, getting the inactive active and how we can engage in new ways including presentations from Public Health England, a discussion on Brexit and the impact and implications for our industry and a Keynote Presentation from Natalie Summers, Fitness Entrepreneur, Mentor, Author and Co-founder of BG Epic Training & Bear's Personal Trainer who will provide her thoughts on the current fitness industry.
The Conference will offer a unique perspective on physical activity, our operational, frontline challenges and how as an industry we can address these to find practical solutions.

Join us after Day 1 of the Quest NBS & CIMSPA Conference for an evening networking reception.
The evening will open with presentation of the annual Quest NBS awards, celebrating the centres and individuals leading the push for a high-quality sport, fitness and activity sector.
Then, enjoy a couple of hours’ of networking time with friends and colleagues from across the sector.

Join us for Day 2 for CIMSPA’s packed programme focused on frontline service delivery.
Through the morning we’ll cover how to recruit and retain millennials; keeping facilities safe in light of the current terror threat; how to employ, train and pay an apprentice; and ensuring employable graduates.
After lunch and networking, we’ll turn our attention to addressing the new reality of safeguarding and duty of care being at the top of the political agenda; an update on the CIMSPA professional standards rollout and what it means for YOUR career; plus expert advice on recruitment to fill those holes in your staff rota.
The day will be bookended by opening and closing keynotes from high profile sector leaders.
